Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on
Weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value.

Rates will be displayed at checkout.

• Orders of $51 and Above: Free shipping
• Orders of $0.01 to $50.99: Flat rate of $4.99
  

Try your Xenoura™ Pillow for up to 120 nights from delivery. If it isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund. Items must be lightly used (no stains, odors, or tears), include all accessories and packaging, and have
proof of purchase. Returned pillows are sanitized and either donated or
refurbished.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
